Metallic paper self printing...

I have been in love with printing on metallic papers when i send stuff off to my lab.

Is there a metallic paper available for do it yourself printers if i decide to pick up a photo printer so that i can start printing myself?

I would like to try that myself, but from what I have read so far my cheap little printer may not be able to handle metallic paper.
