Love the first as a BW.
It looses the wistful quality as color. You are really improving as a portrait photographer. :-)

I'm really not crazy about anything in the body shot, except the lighting is well executed to show texture the fabric of her blouse.

This is what I don't care for in the photo...not to criticize you but to give you some ideas of things to think about when you are posing her the next time.

1. She looks awkward and ill at ease in this pose. She has such delicate features and limbs which could be so expressive, but in this pose...limp and dead. Think about how to make the most of her attributes, that goddess/woodland nymphness.

2. The lighting through her face is too harsh and adds years and stress by accentuating the lines around her mouth. Soften the light, put a nylon stocking, nude or white or cream over your lens to soften the focus. Go High Key, white on white.

3. Either a smile or no smile, the half in between is not working, she doesn't have a given expression, not happy, sad, wistful, pleased...just "is this ok? is this what you want?"

4. Her outfit is so not flattering. I'm not sure what is up with young girls and the things they bring to be photographed in. It's a nice top...don't get me wrong, but it isn't bringing out the best in her figure. She is goddess-like...almost ethereal, but the folds of the top band put the accent on the pull of the material across her breasts, and not in a pleasant way, it makes a slender young thing look chunky and soft. It also cuts her through right at the fullest part of her bottom...adding weight.

For her, I would probably skip clothing all together and drape her with white satin or gauze, Maybe not an option for a young male photog but you could see if she has any outfits that would bring out that same feeling. Light and airy.
