Marco (a fellow photog friend) called yesterday and said that the graffiti wall here in houston was being redone so I met him out there for a few quick shots...

Here's two from the day. I just tried my best to stay out of their way, shoot a little and just simply admire their work in person... pretty cool stuff.

I love how the graffiti is being re-done, not undone. Nice variety of color in the second one. Funny that the hooligan artists are using safety masks.

One of my favorite irony's is the use of brandtyping of spray cans with graffiti art on them to market directly into street artists doing illegal things.

Love the angles and post color processing. There's some shadow regions on the first one that are completely black for my monitor.
