Everyone currently has a default blank avatar... If you would like to get a more personalized avatar you can simply upload a custom avatar.

Hi Abel.
I am having a hard time uploading my avatar. Uploading fails all the time.
I even made it smaller just like the instructions, 100x100 pixels only and not more than 32kb.

What should I do?

I've also had problems uploading our logo for the avatar. I conformed to the standards as well. Photo Boutique Owner

I think it has been uploaded, but then when I click to accept I get sent to this window:

I get that same error, however I see my avi in the CP. Let's see if I upload here....

Yes it works. I think it has to do with all the windows being open. The error showed up the first time, but it was because the file was too big and I'm not sure I closed that window. Closing all the extra windows will help in the future!
