Default I'm outta ideas for business cards. - 10-23-2007, 07:10 PM

I'm outta ideas for business cards, but I do know I like shades of gray and black, and white.

This is a 5 minutes concept I came up with...

I wouldnt use the film strip idea as a border. You are asking for problems trying to print these.

i agree with mike. on a business card its tuff to have any sort of border etc because of their cutting process. they will no guarantee it be right on the money so your framing may get compromised.

I would consider adding a photo to the card... a photo that when the card is handed to people it makes them stop and really say... "wow"

then you know you have an attention grabber which will help in attracting new business by way of them wanting to visit your website to see more shots.

also on the web url I would list it as such: www.IzmirMedia.com using capital letters to help people distinguish what the url is and how its spelled. I admit at first glance I did not know what it read since everything was lower case and "Izmir" is not a common name im used to seeing in print... just food for thought.

dont use that soft drop shadow, they don't print well.

also, the type on a curved path takes away from professionalism and connotes bubbly amateur-ism.
