Mem cards...

I'm impatiently waiting for my D300s to arrive (this monday ) while I'm waiting I'm looking at refreshing my memory cards. I currently have a D80 of all my mem cards my sandisk extreme is the best I have. With the 300 I'll be returning to CF cards.

What is a good brand, what specifically do I need to look for in a CF card in order to get the best use out of it and my camera?? I dont want to spend a chunk of change and get junky CF cards

Also what size would you recommend 4, 8 , 16??
